Serves 8-10
2kg . boneless pork loin roast, fat trimmed
500ml beef stock
1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup
Zesty BBQ Sauce (see recipe below)
PLACE pork in a slow cooker.
Combine stock, Worcestershire and Frank's RedHot Sauce.
Pour over meat. Cover and cook on HIGH setting for 5 hours (or 10 hours on LOW) until meat is fork tender.
Transfer meat to cutting board, discard liquid and coarsely chop roast.
5. Stir meat into Zesty BBQ Sauce. Heat through. Serve on large rolls with deli coleslaw.
Zesty BBQ Sauce: Mix 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup molasses, 1/4 cup American mustard,
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce and 2 tbsp. FRANK'S RedHot Sauce. Heat in saucepan.
